You might find Alice standing solo with her guitar, as her passionate, gleaming pipes shine brightly through selections from Broadway musicals Ripley originated, such as the Pulitzer prize winning 'Next to Normal', where Ripley gave her Tony award winning performance (2009 Best Actress in a Musical), or entertaining you with her new self-composed release 'Beautiful Eyes', a melodic, rockin' nod to a Hoagy Carmchael cakewalk.
A sample set includes a piano/vocal version of Duke Ellington's 'Sophisticated Lady', a house-rocking all-band version of 'Pinball Wizard' (Ripley was in the original Broadway cast of 'The Who's Tommy'), original RIPLEY songs, and Alice accompanying herself on acoustic guitar and belting her way through 'I Will Never Leave You' (from her Tony nominated performance in the 1996 cult hit 'Side Show').
